Welcome to use Yamila (hereinafter referred to as "this service") and its membership subscription function.This User Terms and Membership Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") defines your rights and obligations when using this service,as well as the relevant rules for subscribing to membership services.Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this agreement before using this service.Once you start using this service,it is deemed that you have accepted and agreed to abide by this agreement.
Some services provided by the application may require you to create a user account and/or user email and/or username
You can:
Log in using email
Using Apple third-party login
Using Google third-party login
You hereby declare and guarantee that all information submitted by you to create a user account is true and correct,and you have the right to submit such information.
You agree to update any information related to your user account or user ID at any time as necessary (including but not limited to your email,payment information (subscription and email address,or other supplementary information,as the case may be) to keep it up-to-date,accurate,and accurate at all times.You agree to protect the confidentiality of your user ID and not share or disclose your user ID to any third party.You agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account and/or user ID.Your user account and user ID are not transferable.You cannot sell,lend,or otherwise share with anyone else.
Any violation of these service terms,including but not limited to the failure to maintain updates and correct information about your user account,may result in poor reputation of your user account,and we may decide to cancel your user account at our own discretion.
At the same time,we reserve the right to terminate or restrict your user account and/or user ID at any time,or to revoke your access to the applications or services we provide in any other way,for reasons or suspicions that indicate a violation of TOS or privacy policies,at our discretion.You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party,including but not limited to refusal to use the application or the content or services we provide,any changes in third-party service costs or fees,or suspension or termination of your user account and/or user ID.
3.1 You may only use the application and/or services if you are at least eighteen(18)years old and have not been prohibited from using the application or receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction,and have the legal capacity and authority to sign this agreement and form a binding contract with us.
3.2 If you are under 18 years old,you are not allowed to use this product.If you are a convicted sex offender,charged or convicted of any human trafficking or modern slavery crimes,you are not allowed to use this product;Lack of legal capacity;Or the laws of your country prohibit you from using the product in any way.
3.3 If your country is subject to a US government embargo or designated by the US government as a country that supports terrorism,you are not allowed to use the product;And whether you have been included in any prohibited or restricted party list of the US government.
3.4 Any use,registration,or access of the product by a person who does not meet the above qualification requirements is unauthorized,unlicensed,and in violation of these terms.
3.5 You declare and guarantee that you are fully capable of entering into the terms,conditions, obligations,representations,and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions,and comply with and comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
3.6 If we believe that you do not meet the above qualification requirements,we may terminate your account,delete any content or information you post on the service,and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the product (or any part of the service).
The intellectual property rights in Yamila's applications and embedded materials (including but not limited to technology,systems,files,documents,text,photos,information,images,videos,audio,and software,individually or in combination) belong to us or are authorized to us.You can download Yamila to view,use,and display applications on mobile devices for personal use only.This constitutes the grant of a license,not the transfer of ownership.If you violate any of these restrictions or service terms,this license will automatically terminate and we may terminate it at any time.
5.1 This service provides both basic and premium membership exclusive features.Membership subscriptions aim to provide you with more value-added services,such as unrestricted use of specific features, priority access to new features,exclusive discounts,and other privileges.If VIP members do not renew within the specified period,they will no longer be able to enjoy this privilege.
5.2 Users can choose to purchase membership subscriptions,and the fee standards and payment methods are clearly displayed on the subscription page.The subscription fee may be adjusted due to promotional activities or other business strategies,and the actual amount is based on the display at the time of purchase.
5.3 The rights of Yamila VIP are limited to those who use paid accounts and cannot be transferred between Yamila accounts.Prohibit giving,lending,renting,transferring or selling.Otherwise,Yamila reserves the right to cancel the transferee and its VIP account without prior notice,and any related losses shall be borne by the transferor and transferee.
5.4 No VIP is allowed to post illegal,pornographic,violent,bloody,religious,nude,insulting or physically offensive content on Yamila. Once discovered,Yamila has the right to cancel the VIP without any compensation or refund.
6.1 If you need to use the automatic renewal VIP service,it means that you fully understand and agree to the following statement:
This service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise of obtaining VIP service.
If you subscribe to this service,you will be deemed to have authorized Yamila to renew using the iTunes account (hereinafter referred to as the "account") bound to the VIP account.When the VIP period is about to expire,we will charge for the next subscription period.If the above account balance is insufficient,your VIP will expire after the current subscription period.
6.2 Unsubscribe Automatic Renewal Subscription Policy
The payment will be transferred to your iTunes account.Unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period,the subscription will be automatically renewed.To cancel automatic renewal,you can manually turn off automatic renewal in iTunes/Apple ID by following these steps:
Apple in app payment (IAP payment,in app purchase) automatic renewal:Go to iPhone "Settings" > go to "iTunes Store and App Store" > click on "Apple ID",select "View Apple ID" to enter the "Account Settings" page,click "Subscription",select Yamila VIP to unsubscribe.
If you want to unlock or use certain features in Yamila, you can choose to purchase diamonds (virtual currency, hereinafter referred to as "diamonds"), such as tipping or unlocking certain features. In Yamila, you can only purchase diamonds through the mall, recharge activities, and the specific price is subject to the application (which may vary depending on the region), or you can receive free diamonds based on our irregular activities and daily tasks.
The diamonds purchased through this application are permanent and non refundable upon purchase. You will be responsible for all your purchases. You acknowledge that Yamila does not need to provide a refund service for any reason or reason. However, if the service is stopped or the related business is changed due to Yamila's reasons, you will have the right to receive a proportionate refund from us.
You can terminate your use of applications and/or services at any time by deleting your account.
Without limiting any other remedies,if we believe that you are or may be:
·Violation of any provision of this clause;
·Causing or threatening to cause us to assume any legal responsibility(actual or potential);
·Any outstanding fees for advanced services and/or any paid content and projects;
·Infringe the intellectual property or personal rights of third parties,or engage in prohibited activities listed in Article 5.4;or
·Engaging in prohibited behaviors,including but not limited to child abuse,prostitution,pornography, based on age,gender,race,nationality,occupation,political position,religion,fraud,consumption of illegal drugs or substances.
If you or we terminate your account for any reason,your license to use the service will immediately terminate,any premium services you may subscribe to will also terminate,and any paid content in your account will be deleted.After the termination of your account,you will not be entitled to a refund for any paid content or premium services connected to your account prior to termination.
7.4If you subscribe to any premium services and/or any paid content,you agree that you are fully responsible for directly terminating all payment obligations related to such premium services and/or paid content between you and any App Store and/or payment processing services.
Users must ensure the legal use of this service and be responsible for all actions under their account. Any violation of this agreement,laws and regulations,or damage to the rights and interests of others may result in the suspension or termination of the account's services.
We promise to strictly comply with the Privacy Policy when processing user personal information. For detailed information on the collection,use,protection,and transfer of personal information,please refer to our Privacy Policy.
This agreement is governed by the laws of [specific country/region],and any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the two parties first;If negotiation fails,it can be submitted to the specific court/arbitration institution for resolution.
